Does a client need to schedule an appointment?

For Ready to rent, you may visit our store. Open from Tuesday-Sunday 09.00-17.00. Monday off

Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?

Yes you can bring our dress to other cities. Please let us know in advanced.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

The sooner the better. It is recommended to contact us 3months or more prior to your wedding day.

What payment systems are available for your business?

Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card payment

What is your payment terms?

30% for ready to rent confirmation and 50% for custom made gown. And the balance payment must be made upon delivery time.

When was your business established?

We started our business since 2017 and is the only custom made bridal for wedding attire and casual attire in Bintan.
