The Best Planners in Greece
Sophie & Helena, we cannot thank them enough for their hard work on our wedding.
We appointed Olive Hearts in 2023 for our 2024 Syros wedding and we were thankful for all of their efforts co-ordinating our special day.
They challenged and countered any problems that arose. They succeeded and delivered when other wedding planners said the ideas we had, were not achievable. They flexed to our UK timings and held meetings when it was appropriate.
Their communication was clear and concise and for anyone having an abroad wedding in Greece, my wife and I recommend Olive Hearts so highly.

Sophie and Helena from Olive Hearts were accommodating and open from our first meeting. They listened to what we wanted and accommodated our conservative budget, never going over and always being transparent about costs and payments. They brought our vision to life in a way that went far beyond what we could have imagined and found just the most perfect local, special venue and island for our wedding that we could never have found on our own. Our guests all loved it. They have a relaxed but clear/direct way of communicating which we appreciated as we felt on top of things/ in control even from a far. They were very communicative and always responded quickly when we reached out. They gave us really good advice/ pointers on various details which I'm so glad we listened to. We planned the entire wedding with them remotely, from South Africa meeting them for the first time just a few days before the wedding, and they coordinated everything the day before, on the day and after the wedding on break down day too. Their vendors were all also professional and warm hearted people - we feel very lucky to have worked with them all. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for your special day, you will not be disappointed. Sophie and Helena started out as our planners but have since become friends.

What is your payment terms?
For our fee, 30% after confirmation of contract, 30% a month before the event, and the rest 40% upon final delivery. Vendors fees by agreement.

As an Agency we are in business since 2016, but we can proudly say that our personal experience on events planning and organizing, counts more than 15 years.
