How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Prior to the big day, we will meet the clients to discuss on the client's expectations. Also, during the meet we will provide some tips and tricks to prepare the clients. We are friendly photographers!
What rate do you usually charge at?
Usually we will charge based on the packages selected by the couple. Extra charges will apply only if exceeds the stipulated number of hours in the package.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the requirements of the clients and the package chosen it will take up to 1 week.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Based on the packages, it will take within 1 - 3 months for the final product to be ready.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Subject to availability. 3 - 12 months prior to the wedding date

What is your payment terms?
Our billing system is divided into 3 affordable phases. To secure Ni8htsoul Creatives for your wedding date, a 20% deposit would be required for confirmation. A remainder of 60% will be collected after the wedding and the balance of 20% after you have received your deliverable.
