Do you provide delivery services?
Free delivery for wedding souvenirs in Surabaya area (min spending required). Extra charge applies if min spending is not fulfilled, but we can help arranging the delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
For invitations and small stuffs like keychains only. We require payment in full amount, and shipping+packaging are fully paid by customers.
Do you offer samples?
No. Physical samples are available in our showroom. You can come and visit us to see them.
Do you have a return policy?
No. We have multiple approval process during the making of the gifts/hampers/souvenirs/favors. Customers need to agree at a certain step before we continue to the next one. This applies from designing to mass producing. So if customers have approved at all steps, there is no reason to return the products.

Depends on the items and quantity.
