What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
We need approximately 1 month for designing and about 1 month for production. It is preferred that the client initiate around 3 months before the event date to get the design process started, assuming that the final products will be delivered to their door 1 month before.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes there is. The minimum requirement is 50 pieces for most products. But we highly recommend that the order quantity is above 250 pieces so that the client can get a better offer.
