A very touchy moment captured perfectly

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
we would be very grateful if do so, but for less than 8 hours wedding, we would prepare meal for ourselves and further the work time, we would like to request meals for the crews, thank you...
