great venue , but poor service .
at first, i and husband chose Mason Pine bcs we like the ambience of the venue. felt like semi bali vibe bcs it has indoor n outdoor areas.\nbut we're quiet disappointed by the service.\n1. as i am a vendor too.., i've been to many Technical Meetings in many hotels in Bandung. hotels always provide food/snacks for vendors in the meeting, but Mason Pine only provide mineral water.\n2. in Holy Matrimony time, our orders of foods was coming very late. why was that?? our guests were upset! :(\n3. the display of my name must be Athalia , but it displayed 'Arthalia' . there's no R alphabeth in my name :)\n4. the bridal room is super small. even the photographers team couldn't take photos in room..\n5. the wedding sales of Mason Pine is a slow and not so friendly. less of greeted us and poor lip service as a marketing person..\n\nat last, i and husband still grateful bcs God has united us together in this venue, there is no such a coincidence.\n\nthank you , keep upgrading :) God bless
Great venue
Being involved in Elva and Wildan Wedding, Mason Pine Hotel succeed to provide really nice venue for the wedding. Highly recommended!
