What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If order less than the minimum requirement, there will be an extra charge of fee according to the amount of order
What is your payment terms?
For total invoice below Rp 2 000 000, payment must be made in full at the beginning. For invoice upwards of Rp 2 000 000, down payment of 50% must be made, final payment is due before souvenir is sent. For cancelled orders, down payment will not be returned.

How far in advance should your client make an order?
It is encouraged to place an order 2-4 weeks before the event, however we also accept last minute order if designs are chosen from our ready catalog
