Excellent service from the whole makeup team, they were all very friendly and approachable. Not only did they make me comfortable, they made my partner feel at ease too! I had a mini makeup makeover with senior makeup artist Lydia during the bridestory event held last month and I was very impressed and happy with how she made me look like after. She was patient, engaging and her make up skills are great! She even suggested for me to send her inspiration of what I like and we can see if it works. I can't wait for my engagement with Lydia during my trial and actual day make up! 😊

Dollei Seah and her team was a complete goddess sent. She could tell exactly what look would suit me and went about achieving it effortlessly. Most importantly her presence on such a significant day when it can get stressful filled me with calm and made me feel like a star. Her make up was absolutely flawless and everyone who commented on how beautiful I looked, I secretly sent a silent thank you to Dollei for making it so. She made me look good from every angle without thick cloying makeup. She and her assistant Lydia worked effectively and efficiently, helping not only my mum but also 9 sisters get ready and put their best face forward, all this with such warmth and care. Her experience and great attitude played a big part in making our wedding one of the best days I've ever had. I highly recommend Dollei and her team for any occasion but having her on my wedding, as my team member, to ra ra me on and make me shine was just priceless.

Dollei has been delightful to work with! Firstly, she's very punctual - something very important on someone's big day! She understands the style and look I'm going for and uses quality make up (this allowed me to look my best the entire day!). During the trial, I could tell she's very passionate about what she does and I felt assured that I'll be in safe hands on my wedding day. I'd highly recommend Dollei to my friends and will engage her again should I need hair/make-up services in the future.

I'm probably one of the few brides who didn't do much bridal hair and makeup research nor opined at all, really, but that was with good reason! Media/editorial industry veterans and friends highly recommended and sang praises of Dollei; that ticked all of the boxes because I honestly didn't know what would look good and wanted to leave it all in the good hands of a trustworthy and experienced professional. If that's also your criterion, consider the search done and dusted! Working with - rather, being worked on by - Dollei was such a breeze! In anticipation of being pulled in all directions on that day, it really is the best feeling in the world to place 100% trust in your MUA and just sit comfortably while she works her magic, calmly, with her deft hands and soothing voice. Dollei also went the extra mile for us, such as helping me in and out of my wedding gown in the AM and PM; taught me how to hold my train for the march-in because the steps in the event hall and cumbersome gown length were such a vexing combination; and she guided my husband and I through a mini rehearsal in our suite down the staircase! Another example of Dollei's thoughtfulness is the comprehensive bag of miniature and deluxe sized skincare products and cosmetics that she gave that morning, which took care of half the load of toiletries that I had to bring to the hotel. On top of her fabulous skills, we truly appreciate her initiative and whenever she helped us with things that she didn't have to. :) Bonus points because she super sayang my dog, who absolutely loves Dollei too! Dollei totally delivered on my request for a natural look for the day, and more. The individual lashes that she painstakingly stuck on were so pretty and fluttery, and especially important for close-up shots. I rubbed my eyes a few times out of habit, but no damage was done–amazing. She also led me into unchartered territories of hair and makeup; I was pleasantly surprised to wear a red lippie that doesn't scare my neighbours back into their houses, and a left-part hairstyle that suits!? This is seriously impressive to me, because I had been avoiding these two things in my entire life of vanity and even after years of experimentation. In sum, Dollei is organised, meticulous, prompt, punctual, and good-humoured. Work with her, and you'll discover the dedication to her craft that has taken years to hone, to what we all agree is on the next level.
