What do your packages include?
Our packages are albums and frames included. We also provide customized album and packaging based on clients needs.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes we have.
Do you charge based on package, hourly or full day?
Because various of clients needs, we charge based on package.
How soon after the event are the proof ready for viewing?
1 week after the event, we could make an appointment with clients to view raw files.
When will the client get the final album?
3 months after clients selects the photos
Do you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We provide all files and edited photos in DVD

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client will provide the meal, but our photographers can take care of their meal as long as they got informed few days before D-day
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card payment
What is your payment terms?
30% for Down Payment, and Final Payment 2 weeks before D-day
