What is the charge for not reaching minimum?
If your order is less than our minimum quantity, we will not include the fragrance oil in the gift set.

If you need to return the goods, the goods must be returned with a full refund amount.
What are your delivery times?
We will need a 3-weeks lead time once the order is placed with us and 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.

What is your payment terms?
50% upon order is placed, 45% before we arrange to deliver the goods, and last 5% after the goods are completely received and acknowledged by customer.
