I rarely ask them to pose for quiet long time. I usually ask them to do what they love to do because I want to capture their emotions between them. And I hope when they look back at the pictures they remember the memories.

Yes Any accommodations fee are on client

They usually get the preview ready after 3-7 days after the photoshoot

50% down payment, 50% upon final product completion

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Usually at the beginning of photoshoot I ask them to just have a fun conversations, such as tell some jokes, stories about how they met, etc., or maybe playing some games just to lighten up the mood. And then I direct them to pose. Last, I ask them to contemplate about their relationship, such as to tell their hopes and prayers to each other.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually my client provides meal, but I could take care of myself as long as it is informed before the photoshoot
