Great experiences except relating to delivery
Had a great relationship with the vendor (throughout enquiry and designing process) where they are very helpful and helped me with getting it under our budget. However, due to delays in boxes printing, they were unable to send the souvenirs in time (only received it on the day of the wedding which created unnecessary stress and my planner had to chase them). In addition, we were asked to pay for 1.4m rupiah for delivery to Bali (which normally costs 300k) as they had to ship it using urgent delivery despite the delays not caused by us but by them and their suppliers. Very disappointed with the latter part of the relationship with them, hopefully they will improve this process in the future.
