Excellent service by Kelly. She's very approachable and passionate about her work. Kelly even offers tips on how to modify the gowns to achieve your dream look or what to match with the gowns eg choice of veil; and has a good eye for designs.

Couldn't be happier, I was quite fussy and kept changing my dress throughout the process to get it right. Alicia and kelly were always very understanding and patient. I also lost quite alot of weight between the first measurements and the later fittings so it affected the dress quite abit. I would say that generally I'm the type who knows exactly what I want, but the reality of having it made it totally different. in the sense that what I wanted initially was just not practical/comfortable as I was not changing out of my gown. At the end of the day I was 99% satisfied, the only slight peeve I had was that my blue sash kept shifting upwards throughout the night. half my fault also because there was a stitch holding it up initially but it made the belt look visibly not straight when worn, and my inner ocd would not allow it. \nAt the end of the day the plus points are that Alicia and Kelly (whom I worked with more frequently) were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I felt the overall price tag was extremely worthwhile. I would say that if you're considering this try on alot of dresses to get an idea of exactly what you want, especially if you're very particular about being comfortable like me.\nthat said, I would happily ask them to make another dress for me should I have another big event.

Kelly is an amazing person to work with. I've seen how she work with her brides, and everything is addressed meticulously, genuinely, and to the best of her ability. She hears what her client needs, and provides them the answers they are looking for. I love that there's a bespoke option for brides to custom a gown that's uniquely theirs - all at a reasonable price :) You should definitely consider Kelly's Bridals if you have not booked a gown fitting appointment with them!
