    If you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?

    What supporting equipment do you provide?
    Lighting, Chairs,  Stage or dance floor,  Tablecloths and linens,  Tableware,  Centerpieces,  Room or ceiling draping
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Credit card payment, Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
    What is your payment terms?
    50% Down Payment to be paid prior to production 50% Balance Payment must be paid 2 weeks before the event
    When was your business established?
    Kala Wedding established in 2016. But we've been in the industry since 2011.
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    6 months in advance would be great. but if they must, 1 month before D-Day still okay..
    Do you provide sample arrangements?
    We provide mock up (flower arrangement)
