Kakena was founded in 2020 as a small accesories shop and has been running to be a bigger gift shop until now

Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns, when all items have been shipped.
We will be responsible if there is any complain to the goods that caused by the lack of us, not by other party, accompanied by evidence that we approve with.
