How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I work closely with the couple to ensure that their needs are met. It's always a two way communication
What rate do you usually charge at?
We have hourly or daily packages depending on the customer's needs
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Usually edits will be done within 14 days from the date of event
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
14 days for full resolution images in soft copy. Album printing (if any) will usually depend on printing time
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Usually anytime, however, to prevent the date from being unavailable, 3 months in advance is preferred
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
No meals are required for us unless the coverage exceeds 12 hours of which meal provisions will be discussed with client. All details will be confirmed prior to confirmation of services
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Cheques
What is your payment terms?
25% upon confirmation of services, 50% prior to date of event, 25% upon delivery of final images
