Saya order personalized bag di Janeville untuk para bridesmaid. Dari awal proses pemesanan, saya diberikan tanggapan dan pelayanan yang baik. Mereka juga dengan passionate memberikan suggest bahan ataupun bentuk seperti apa yang sesuai dengan keinganan saya. Walaupun saya cukup picky, tapi saya sangat senang karena team Janeville selalu ramah dan sigap menjawab.
Selain itu respons untuk setiap email/pembicaraan untuk permintaan, pengiriman, dan invoicing sangat cepat dan sigap. Bahkan mereka dapat delivery pemesanan saya lebih cepat dari deadline yang saya berikan.
Di lain hal, produk yang saya pesan diberikan dengan quality bahan jahitan, ataupun pewarnaan yang sangat BAGUS. Bahkan mereka dapat memberikan request saya untuk menambah bordir nama dari bridesmaid agar lebih personalized.
Yang saya rasakan bahwa servis maupun produknya sangat EXCELLENT.

I ordered the passport holders as my wedding favors for February 1st, 2015, and the products were produced in such high quality, very neat and everyone loved it.
I even have to order additional pieces in the last minute, because my family members want to own the souvenir as well..
