Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
Below are the procedure to hire us as your florist :
1.identify your preference design / color scheme
2.contact us via email / whatssapp for quotation service
3.make deposits bookings (50% is required)
4.the collection / delivery will be send to your venue on your wedding day / a day before depending on the sensitivity of the flowers (for e.g there are some flowers that required extra care and can only be arrange 3-4 hours prior to your wedding time)
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
Depend on flowers availability and agreements on both sides
How long will the flower arrangements and or bouquest lasts?
Depending on the type of flowers used . There are some flowers which can only last about 6-8 hours on only
What makes your services unique?
We only specialize on florist service , flower arrangements for wedding / events ,therefore our design is more specific and details are carefully taken into accounts so you can have the best flowers arrangements for your wedding events .

For the past 5 years since 2011 , there are hundreds of hantaran (seserahan / gift tray) we have arranged for many professionals client , held at prestigious venue in Kl Malaysia such as KL Golf Club Bukit Kiara , many hotels like Eastin Hotel KL , Royal Chulan Kl , PWTC , Dewan Perdana Felda , JW Marriot and many more .
How far in advance should your client contact you?
3 months in advance would be great since we can arrange our schedule , 2 months / a months before also should be no problem depending on our schedule availability
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
Below is our payment term :
1.Deposit payment of 50% is required for bridal bouquet , while 30% deposit is required for hantaran / seserahan / gift tray decor .
2.Remaining balance of payment is required upon client receiving their finished product
