kindly inform us the days before the meeting due to we need to check our schedule too

we will do the photo shoot based on client's location requirement

we have a team which consist with some people whom expert in photography and have a lot of experience to take the real emotions of our clients
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
we alredy have 3 teams who can covered once i am not available. they also expert in handling the event too
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
we will provide the digitals file edited and non edited file
Are you available to shoot after hours?
we can do that as long as it requested
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them personally and make them feel so comfortable with us. we love to catch the real emotions of our clients
What rate do you usually charge at?
we charge the package hourly it depends of the couple required
When was your business established?
Our bussiness started in 2010. we already handle more than 400 couples till now.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
50% as deposit should be received at the latest 1 month after confirmed the package that couple have chosen and 50% balance payment should be settle at the latest a day before the event
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
We will do as soon as possible, minimum 2 weeks prior the event
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Client could have their final photo result minimum 4 weeks after the event, & maximum 6 weeks after the event. But we can do as soon as client's requirement with certain terms & conditions.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
kami sangat fleksibel mengenai waktu kami dapat dihubungi minimal 2 hari sebelum acara tersebut berlangsung namun kami tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa klien dapat menghubungi kami 1 hari sebelum acara
