How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
We advice our clients without them feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. We do what we do best but not at the expense of our clients. Their safety and comfort and our Quality end product is our priority.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We have different packages which are flexible. And we do have add ons as well. We always take an event differently from others as different client have different needs. Having said that, We are still Value for money.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
2 months after last shoot
How far in advance should your client contact you?
It is best to contact us 4-6 months prior. but we do not guarantee a spot. The earlier the better.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
We have 3 teams. We can handle 3 different event at any single time.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually clients do provide our meal but our pros can handle themselves

What is your payment terms?
10% upon confirmation. The balance is n the day of Shoot.

We use the best in videography technology that suit both us and the end product
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
We have 3 teams on any given day

When was your business established?
We started small in Malaysia in 2007 under the name videocraft and took a lot of music video projects, projects from Astro Malaysia and a lot of corporate videos. Weddingcraft was established in 2009 due to high demands of wedding event projects. Weddingcraft.sg started in 2014.
