For months leading up to the event, they coordinated and assisted in preparing every detail, including arranging and recommending other vendors we needed. What stands out is the positive spirit and joyfulness from Yugi and his team. They had everything ready before we even realized it, and they completely lifted the mood on the celebration day. I'm so lucky to have found Wedding Butler via Bridestory and trusted them to handle my Indonesian wedding reception! We had such a magical day thanks to them. I dont even have enough words to describe how grateful we are for what they did for us during the months of preparation and D-Day (and the post-event too!). Kak Yugi and his team worked amazingly and they showed that they truly cared about our event. They are super professional and very keen to help us create the best memories for one of the best days of our lives. He's always very communicative (day and night!), responsive, and able to take away so much of the burden from us in preparing for such an intricate event. We had an intimate garden reception at a public space (with so much hassle regarding the entrance and other regulations), involving cross-culture families and friends - and Kak Yugi could handle it flawlessly. He's very patient and got along well with all the other vendors. The vendors that he recommended, which are the MC (Kak Bayu) and music + sound (Belle Tunes), are first-grade performers! Everyone was giving us compliments for the reception. Thanks so much for everything, dear Wedding Butler team! Wedding Butler price wise sangat-sangat affordable. Untuk fasilitas yang diberikan juga sudah include wedding planner. Sangat membantu untuk mencari-cari vendor printilan saat sebelum acara. Saat d-day mengingatkan juga untuk menyiapkan printilan yang akan difoto oleh fotografer (jujur gak akan kepikiran sama hal ini hehe). Minusnya saat d-day, team suka hilang saat saya cari/butuhkan, termasuk saat di akhir acara juga tidak stand by sampai saya benar-benar kembali ke kamar. Mungkin hal ini bisa jadi masukan untuk diperbaiki ke depannya. Thank you Mas Yugi & Team yang sudah membantu wedding kami!

I decided to work with The Wedding Butler to assist me on D-Day only 2 weeks before. I regret not choosing to work with them earlier! Having them on my wedding day is truly one of the best decisions because even if I thought my wedding was a small event, it turned out to have a lot of small details that I mightve missed and went crazy if I decided to do it myself. Mas Yugi & team made my wedding day to be seamless. They understand well the whole church process (even I was not sure of it), did an organized rehearsal one day before, and organized with all vendors. So grateful also to the bride team who managed to calm me down during D-Day and be so patient.
