I always trying not to give too much direction but I will say give some advice to make the couple feel more comfortable.

We charge differently depends on what packages the couple choose.

Starting from 7 days of work. (working hour)
What is your payment terms?
30% Down Payment, 70% Final Payment maximum 7 days before the event.
