Choosing a wedding organizer is always a difficult decision to make, but were glad that our decision to choose Verve was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. Cindy had been very helpful and supportive during the planning phase, giving us advice, guidance and recommendations not only about vendors, but also civil administration matters and managing our expectations. Albert as the team leader has a genuine passion for making our wedding successful and were always open for discussions, being friendly, listened to our concerns and opinions, and kept everything under control and as planned. The team handled our fully packed event in a day from the chinese tea ceremony in the morning, matrimony at noon, and the night reception with professionalism and enjoyment. They also didnt miss anything from their side that they need to prepare and bring in to the event. Verve understood our vision and brought it in a way that met our expectations. We were less anxious and stressed during our wedding day, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without unnecessary worries. The organization and communication between each team member were managed well, and they always kept us informed on necessary things to do or to consider. Their experience and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. After the wedding day, Verve also gave us a small gift which we consider as a kind and thoughtful gesture to us as their client. HONEST REVIEW! Dari awal rencanain pernikahan emang kita ber2 udah mau pakai wedding planner based on our terms. Singkat cerita dari beberapa vendor yang kita reach out. Verve lah yang stand out the most. Little that we know this is one of the best decisions we ever made ❤️❤️❤️ kalau ga ada Verve mungkin aku udah linglung sendiri ngurusin semua detail wedding apalagi aku dan suami LDR at that time. The Verve team was incredibly helpful in organizing our intimate wedding event, including the holy matrimony and family dinner. Wedding planning and coordination are never easy, but whenever issues arose, they quickly stepped in to resolve them on our behalf. They were happy to accommodate our requests and remained flexible, especially since we didn't follow many traditional wedding norms. Michelle and Aldo made sure we felt supported and were open to receiving our constructive feedback, always striving to improve. Beyond wedding planning, we were also fortunate to work with an amazing team of vendors, from the photographers who captured our special moments beautifully to the decor team who brought our vision to life. Each vendor played a crucial role in making our day truly memorable, and we are so grateful for their dedication and effort. What started as months of planning has now turned into lifelong friendships. We wish you all great success 💓
