It's the best to let us know at least 6 months before departure as we need some time to research, organizing and retouch your itinerary to perfection

How far in advance should your client make a booking?
It is advised to make a booking at least 4-6 months before your departure (esepcially in peak season) due to limited rooms and air availability

We'll listen to your specific dreams and offer experiences that you will absolutely love that may include sophisticated one such as arctic driving lesson with a professional snow racer, shopping with Milan’s fashion stylist, or can be as simple as a romantic dinner at the Chef’s Table in your favorite restaurant.
What rate do you usually charge at?
Our rate depends on destinations, duration, accommodation's quality and of course your budget. We'll do out best to accommodate your request but sometimes we do let you know if it's unrealistic. We usually charge per person or per couple rate in our proposals.

What is your payment terms?
We will require 30% of deposit at the time of bookings and full payment at least 2 weeks before departure. *terms and conditions apply
