Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Please contact me to make any appointments. Booking should be made at least 20-30 days before the Wedding Day.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
I am offering my service for anyone in Vietnam and New Zealand as well. For these special booking, please make the booking at least 3 months before the Wedding Day, so I can go through the visa processing (I need visa to travel to New Zealand but not Viet
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. And at high resolution.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I am not the kind of photographers who will tell you to do this thing or that thing. I always look for perfect moments. A smile means alot than a made-up posing. That is why I will only tell you to interact with each other hence I will be able to capture as much natural but memorable moment as possible.
What rate do you usually charge at?
There are two options: hourly or full day depending on your pick.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Please allow up to 7 days
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks
How far in advance should your client contact you?
It is most ideal to contact me at least 6 months before the Wedding Day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our clients will provide meals for our team. However, we should be able to prepare them ourselves as long as it is confirmed before the Wedding Day
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
30% for the confirmation. 30% after the event. 40% on the final delivery.
