Tie the Knot

She is a planner only help on vendors and does not offer help to couple on big day. Zero communication to us, nobody follow and assist us/ bridesmaids, and only chat with ppl, sat on sofa, sip her cocktail and do her Instagram. I couldn't enjoy my wedding, because I need to do time check myself, all the rundown and arrangement and still overrun a lot (bcuz bride didnt hav watch or phone!). She spent a lot of time on photos and videos hence IG looks good. Even couple and bridesmaids are busy, she can still stood there like a boss. Very unorganized, mistakes include no time keeping, wrong time to bride MUA hence make up not completed, no on-site assistance to couple, not helpful to bridesmaids & guests, no bouquet ready for march in, not collecting thank you card and not charging up console needed for after party etc. The price of a bad wedding planner?
