Usually i just let the couple be their self and capture the precious moment.

For hourly its RM150, for a day RM700
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
We don't provide proof. We ask our clients to trust us and have faith in the making of their album.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
1 month from the last event date.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The best is 3 months before or at least 3 weeks before the event.
What makes your services unique?
We have good communications skills and our photographer is super friendly, well trained and have lots of experienced. We shoot with our own unique style. We don't copy people, we shoot & just be ourselves. We don't direct the bride n groom too much, we just let them free & be their self. We just shoot the moments.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually the client provide the meal. But if not provided please do inform before the event day.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
70% deposit to secure the date & 30% when we deliver the album and stuff.
When was your business established?
Actually the business has been established from 2007. It started as 84Clicks and after few years we rebranded the label to Edzuan Sapuan Photography. In 2015 we again rebranded the label to The Five Ten Studio since we have proper studio & office in Ipoh (in the making).
