We only use the best equipments on the market, fast lenses, full frame camera bodies, best lightings, and sometimes we also use digital medium format bodies if needed.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?

Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We direct the clients personally by showing them the pose by posing myself first. We also try to render the session as fun as possible to eliminate the clumsiness of the couple in front of the lens.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charged based on packages picked by the couples.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depends on clients request. Raw files usually ready within seven days after the day.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Prints usually ready four to seven weeks after the day.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
We prefer the couples to contact us within six to twelve months prior to the wedding.

Svasti is a recently emerged photography service, it means we not yet have any achievements or awards. But personally, our photographers and videographers do have achievements and awards during their personal career.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually the couples provide us meal during the work. But we can also take care of our own meal a long as we informed prior to the shooting.

What is your payment terms?
10% as confirmation contract, 40% after the event, 50% after the prints are delivered.
