Customer needs to order at least 1 week in advance for normal occasion. For bridal , we need at least 3 months in advance.

How long will the flower arrangements and or bouquest lasts?
Depending on the types of the flowers, the season ,the humidity , and also the flower care. Normally it can last up to 2 weeks.
What makes your services unique?
We customised our design to suit client needs. We provide different types of flowers and design using our heart. The freshness of the flowers, colour, the composition, the texture , we promise to deliver the best quality of our product and services with low price. We also provide specific flowers that other florists don't. We are indonesian florist based in Sydney and we believe that it is easier for Indonesian community to deal with us, eventhough our clients are all over the countries.

How far in advance should your client contact you?
The client needs to contact us at least 7 days in advance for normal occasion flowers. For wedding, please contact us at least 3-4 months in advance.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
For normal occasion, customers need to pay full price for agreed price once both parties agreed..
For wedding, brides and groom needs to pay 50% as initial agreement, then another 50% one week before the pick up/ delivery day
Refund are strictly not allowed.

Our business was established back in June 2013.
