Usually 2 weeks for our pre-production phase, but we follow up sometimes in 3 days from event for a photo tone review

25% non-refundable down payment atleast 7 days before the event and the rest after delivering final products

We path our way since late 2019 slowly but surely
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually we take breaks when our clients are also in a meal break and the meals are provided by the clients

The most ideal would be more than 3 to 6 months before the event

We usually direct them according to our pre-made references from the moodboard we made
