How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I work with non-model clients many times. I have a lot of experiences in directing people who are not comfortable in front of camera. The key is communication. :)
What rate do you usually charge at?
We usually charge hourly and per photo. For instance: we will charge you Rp. X for maximum X hours shoot and you will get X-Y fully edited images. It's very flexible, we can discuss if needed.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on how many photos you buy. Usually for 35-40 photos, the proof will be ready 3-5 days after shooting day for clients' approval.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending on how many photos you buy. Usually for 35-40 photos, the final edited images will be ready 1-2 weeks after clients' approval.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be:
- 1-2 weeks before pre-wedding photo shoot
- 2-3 weeks before engagement/rituals photo coverage
What makes your services unique?
We understand your need of a long lasting set of pictures on your big day. You want to remember and cherish it forever. We like to capture the raw moments, un-staged, very real. Our editing process will also enhance the moody vibe of your amazing day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually clients provide us meals or additional charge outside of the fee. Depending on the discussion.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
25% after confirmation of contract, 25% after the event, and 50% upon the final delivery

Established late 2017. But we've been in the creative industry since 2012.
