What rate do you usually charge at?
Our starting package is as low as MYR1399 per event
How far in advance should your client contact you?
the most ideal time would be within 6-12 months before the wedding date
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Cheques
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
but if our clients want to see example of our end product, we are all open to an appointment.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
and we charge additional RM100/hour/photographer
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We usually will prep our clients what type of shot we are trying to achieve and provide some guidance to that. The rest we will let our clients make their magic
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Final product will be ready between 4 to 8 months
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Depending on the flow of the event and it will be subject to 1 photographer at one times
What is your payment terms?
30% for deposit, 50% to be paid 2 weeks before the event date and the remaining 20% upon collection the final product.
