I had a terrible experience with Petit Petal. They delivered my flowers to be an hour late and the bouquet that arrived was mangled beyond comprehension. It was ugly and falling apart. But the worst part was that they refused to pick up my call or answer any messages afterward. The flowers were not usable and it was too late for me to do anything else so I had no flowers on my wedding day.

Ideally, when will your client receive the flowers?
If the set up needs to be done at the event venue, we prefer to work the night before to ensure everything is fresh in the morning. For bridal bouquets and hantarans, we will deliver them the night before as well.
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
We do not provide our services in other cities/countries just yet!
How long will the flower arrangements and or bouquest lasts?
It is entirely subjective - it depends on the type of flower. Generally, I'd say 3 to 4 days when given ample water snd sunlight.
What makes your services unique?
We are here to make your life easier! Our work is fully customisable for our customers. We believe we bring a certain flair of floral design when it comes to weddings. We can make a simple arrangement really pop on your big day!

6 months in advance is optimum, but 3 months in advance is the perfect time to get everything into place!

When was your business established?
Our business was established in 2015. After moving this business to Melbourne, Australia, we decided to move back to Kuala Lumpur in 2016 and focus on the wedding industry here.
What is your payment terms?
40% when you make the booking and sign the contract, and 60% at least 14 days before the wedding.
