We shoot with high grade professional digital and film cameras.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Through a beautiful online gallery or even your own personal wedding website upon request :)
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Luckily we have a stylist on board all of our shoots to help make sure every moment we capture is as beautiful as it should be
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge depending on whether it's a full or half day wedding then we offer a unique build your own package where we let the clients have complete charge of building their own package :)
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the requirements and size of the wedding proofs will usually be available 3-7 days after your big day!
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
All digital products will be received in 3-14 days any physical products will be received within 3 weeks of order date
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideally 6-12 months in advance we offer a discount to those who book over 12 months in advance!
What payment systems are available for your business?
Credit card payment, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
25% deposit and the remaining balance upon date of event
