How far in advance should your client contact you?
The best time to contact us is about 1-3 months prior to your wedding. We will also need your confirmation at least 10 days before your big day so we can make the necessary preparations.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge by the hour and by the cup of coffee, at minimum of 100 cups. Our packages are fully customisable to suit your needs.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% upon confirmation with the balance due 7 days after the event.
What services do you offer?
We provide a mobile coffee catering service, bringing the cafe experience to your guests at your wedding.

We believe in giving more than just serving your guests great cups of coffee. Our baristas - our heart and soul - strive to bring the same warmth that we do at our cafe (working title).

Our business started in early 2015, following demand from our customers to bring the cafe experience to their events.
