How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Candid and natural is the look that we aim for. The tell our couples to treat the photoshoot like a fun outing and we'll work on the posing and expressions from there.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Depending on the season, for off peak wedding season it'll be around 2 months and peak season will be around 3 months.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
For digital files, it will be around 2-3 months, for album, is will be within 2 weeks after the album design is approved by our couples.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
A minimum of 3-4 months before their wedding date is preferred.
What makes your services unique?
Each wedding day is a milestone filled with unique and significant moments. It is our goal to capture those moments and tell a story that's cherished for a lifetime.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We require our couples to provide meals for us.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques
What is your payment terms?
50% of the total package for confirmation of booking and 50% balance payable immediately after the shoot.

Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
We travel internationally for wedding assignments.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
No
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes, we are available to shoot overtime however it will be chargeable on hourly basis.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event on either half day (5-hours) or full day (10-hours). Any extra hours required will be chargeable on hourly basis.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
No
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
