I knew My Day Photostory from attending one of the wedding fair held in Surabaya, and the first time I get to talk to them I felt comfortable, they can easily understand what I really want and finally decided to use their service. How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them personally with my team, based on the concept we have planned. I usually improvise based on their personality.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event depending on the package picked by the bride
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
The proof ready for review 7 days after the wedding day.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
They will get the album 4-6 weeks after their approval on the final layout.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time to contact us would be 6-12 months prior to the wedding day.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash

Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
I like to shoot using multiple flashes, also sometimes i shoot using slow shutter speed for creativity
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually we were provided meals by our clients, but if we were informed that we would not get one, we could take care of our meals.
What is your payment terms?
10% after confirmation of contract.
40% one month after contract was signed.
50% one month before the D-day
What makes your services unique?
We will always have at least one photographer assigned exclusively for taking candid shots of the couple during the D-day. That way we will capture the couple in more natural way, like we weren't there.
