Depending on the requirements of the clients, usually 10 days after the shooting day
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
they immediately receive a final product in digital type after their proof confirmation. Within 3-5 days (depend on their location) they will receive a crytal USB which contain their final product
How far in advance should your client contact you?
It is up to them, but we recommend at least 2 months before their wedding day

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We don't charge fee for meals

What is your payment terms?
Party B will pay in cash or transfer money to Party A in advance equivalent to 30% (Thirty percent) of the service price when this contract is signed; pay 50% (Fifty percent) of the contract value one day after the project implementation date to Party B; pay 20% (Twenty percent) of the remaining value and incurred expenses (if any) based on the Contract Liquidation Minutes within 6 working days after Party A delivers the final product to Party B and the two parties sign the Contract Liquidation Minutes.
