How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them personally with my team. Generally a couple a bit shy or feeling uncomfortable, it's important to invoke them on an emotional level. it's about adjust the pose creatively, make a good environment, put tremendous trust, patient with the couple and let them speak their mind, which i hope they'll enjoy our work for many years to come
What rate do you usually charge at?
we charge per event depending on the package picked by the clients. of course there is also fee charge for additional day (applied for our wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, family photo, baby and maturity photo packages)
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Client could contact us several months prior their big day. But it's better far days earlier before due date :)
Many in-demand wedding photographers book weddings at over a year out.

What is your payment terms?
Down payment 40-50% after confirmation of contract, the rest is should be paid 1-2 days before due date

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
usually clients provide meal for photographer. But it depends on situation.
