Gue bingung banget dah ama kana pictures. team nya on time, kerjanya gercep, bisa nyairin suasana jg. menurut gue jg hasil foto & videonya bukan kaleng kaleng. gue pun sebagai klien merasa terpuaskan. cuman ye heran aja dengan kualitas kana yg se WAH ini tapi harganya menurut gue masih dibawah semestinya hehehe.. debes sih Kana Pictures

Tim Kana Pictures sabar banget selalu nurutin apa yang kliennya inginkan, sangat informatif, kerjanya cepat dan yang paling penting hasil fotonya bagus bagus banget! Sesi foto prewedding dengan tim Kana Pictures berjalan smooth bgt, diarahin gayanya sambil banyak bercanda jadi gak ngerasa awkward hehe. During the event the photographer and videographer were very professional and awesome. They were helping us A LOT during the beauty shoot, directing on how we should pose and where the photo should be taken, they made it very enjoyable. The photo results are AMAZING, even the raw version is already great enough.

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Pada umumnya, kami akan mengarahkan client pada saat sesi foto dan video untuk memastikan hasil yang terbaik. Tapi pada saat acara berlangsung, kami akan membiarkan seluruh acara berlangsung se-natural mungkin sehingga client juga akan mendapatkan foto-foto candid terbaik, yang pastinya telah kami kurasi terlebih dahulu.
What rate do you usually charge at?
Kami mengenakan tarif per paket sesuai dengan pilihan client. Tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan bagi client, untuk meng-extend waktu yang telah tertera pada paket kami.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Untuk hasil yang telah kami kurasi, akan membutuhkan waktu 3-7 hari setelah acara. Tetapi kami juga menyediakan same day edit (24 jam setelah acara selesai), jika client membutuhkan paket tersebut.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Pada umumnya client akan mendapatkan album dan final artwork sekitar 4-6 minggu setelah persetujuan terakhir dari client. Karena lamanya proses cetak, tergantung pada pihak ketiga (vendor cetak).
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Diusahakan selambat-lambatnya 6 bulan sebelum hari H.

50% setelah konfirmasi dan 50% setelah acara selesai.

Pada umumnya client menyediakan makanan dan minuman pada hari H. Tetapi tim kami juga dapat membawa akomodasinya sendiri selama ada pemberitahuan diawal.
