Does a client need to schedule an appointment?

We will give all the soft file on JPEG format. Not in a RAW file
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them personally according to the concept that me and my clients deals. And I give them a pose example picture to make easier my client's follow
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge hourly, package, or / event
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
3 days after the event
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
One untill three weeks. Depends on the photo concept
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time the clients to contact us would be 3-12 months before the wedding or event
What is your payment terms?
30% for the down payment, 50% 2 days before D-day , and 20% 1 day before the final results sent to the client.
When was your business established?
Our business started at 2016, we're handled a lot of clients and most of our clients is satisfied with our work.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Cheques
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually the clients taking care of our Photographer's meal, but they can provide them self if the clients inform us before D-day.
What is included in your photoshoot package?
Hi-Res image, Matted prints, Albums, Prints, Custom graphic design, Custom album design, Digital files, Proof CD of all images
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
if client cover all the crew accomodation and personal expenses
Are you available to shoot after hours?
as long as we had deal before, but maybe we gonna give you extra charges.
