Invitations
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cash
Minimum Order
Our minimum reorder quantity is 30 invitations. However, reordering the minimum 30 wedding invitations
may cost a little more than ordering a few extra with your initial order.
Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
Yes
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes
How far in advance should your client make an order?
The lead time is 3 to 6 weeks after approval of the final draft.
What is your payment terms?
We require 50% down payment upon placement of your order. The balance will be paid upon pick-up.
If you want to have your orders shipped, the balance should be paid first before we will ship the items.
We accept bank deposits or cash. Be advised, we will not start processing an order until all payment have been cleared.
Can I make any last minute changes? What if there is a mistake with my order?
Yes. As long as the printing process has not started, you may make as many changes as you need.
If you have given your approval and the printing process has already started, changes may only be
made for an extra charge, depending on how much time and materials have been used. Each time a
change is made to your invitation, a proof will be shown to you for approval. Once you have approved
the final copy and given us the go-ahead for printing...we will not reprint or make any changes
free of charge. Please take the time to make sure spelling of proper names, addresses, dates and
times are correct, we will not be responsible on the errors you may overlook. But if you have,
please contact us immediately and we will do our best to get you new invitations in time for your
deadline. Rush order charges will apply. If you receive invitations printed other than the final approval
copy, call us immediately and we will rush you new invitations at absolutely no cost to you.
What if I will ask my wedding planner or friend approve the draft on my behalf?
Coordinators or any representative is presumed to have an authority from the principal to have
the design and printing of the invitation. Approval of the coordinators or any representatives of
the principal clients is considered valid, final and binding to the principal. We will not be
responsible for any misunderstanding or miscommunication of the coordinators /representatives and the principal.
I have my own design, can you make something similar?
Because we specialize in custom-made invitations, we will do our best to duplicate the design that you
have in mind. Any specialty embellishments and/or papers will be on a strictly "closest available" basis.
Do you do RUSH orders?
Yes, we do RUSH orders. Rush orders can be done within a reasonable time frame for an
additional cost of 25%. Rush orders can be done in 7 to 10 working days after approval of the final draft.
What services do you include in your package?
Design , Printing
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. We require at least 50 pcs for our budget and classic embossed invitations, 100 pcs for our modern, pocket-folds and foil-stamped invitations.
Do you provide delivery services for the invitations?
Freight and bank/payment charges are shouldered by the buyer.
