We do directing before the process begins. We brief them what to do but they can improve with their own style, but we also explore the unique side, romanticism, baper moment that we will combine with the concept of #ceritakita by heroes

preview on same day (photo only ) , setelah editing 2 minggu kita akan present preview hasil editing , untuk keseluruhan membutuhkan waktu 3 minggu editing (* kita akan memaksimalkan secepat mungkin )
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
3 minggu sudah include cetak majalah wedding / Canvas / album

How far in advance should your client contact you?
the most ideal is 6 months or more. But we would recommend to book us as soon as you decide on the date.

We consider clients as our friends. They feel comfortable to tell more about what they expect. We introduce content of wedding magazine and videography of romantic short stories that we branding called #CERITAKITA by heroes to give different impression from our client and audiences, but other services & packages to improve on clients needed. We have a different approach for each client, because each has their own story. In addition, our clients also like the final packaging that we customize for them.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually client will be informed to provide the meals on the D-day for all crew :)
What is your payment terms?
50% for the deposit and the rest of the payment needs to be settled 2 weeks before the photoshoot.

see the detail on packages we have, same day edit only for video 1 till 2 minutes video highlight , why ? because we pay attention to detail and we also must stay close to the concept

we pay attention to the details, aesthetics, and conceptual (*we will combine the files to enter into the editing process, and post production based on aesthetics and agreement with client)
