Cicinya nyaman diajak diskusi dan ngobrol.
Kebetulan pemilihan design wedding cake kami saat itu sederhana & simple dengan ide kita yang mau ada 'pouring-caramel' nya, Gordon Blue mau buatin dan tentuin tekstur, rasa agar sesuai dengan cake-nya. Design pun juga sesuai dengan aslinya + include simple-decor meja yang ok sesuai tema wedding.
Rasa kuenya enak, donatnya apalagi, yum!

Pure bliss! Among all the wedding cakes that I have tasted, Gordon Blue's cake is simply the best. The design was perfect and everything was in order during our reception. They are very easy to communicate with, and very responsive! Many thank to Joan for assisting us throughout all the process! We LOVE the design, as well as the cake, which disappeared like the very next day :p

Dari pertama ketemu di Bridestory suka banget sama design nya yg simple tp unik. waktu di kasih moodboard juga diskusi nya enak dan jelas. rasa cake nya juga oke. Tapi sayang nya waktu hari H cake nya dateng nya telat dr waktu yg di minta, sehingga mepet sekali. dan penampakan luar nya agak sedikit kurang memuaskan daripada moodboard nya.
Enak sih.... Tapi.....
Kita deal dengan mereka di pameran JCC, sales team nya baik, tante nya juga baik karena kasih kita diskon pameran. Ketika sudah dekat dengan hari H, kita dibuatin design cake sesuai dengan referensi yang kita kasih. Hasil gambarnya baguss, sesuai dengan mau-nya kita.
Kemudian, setelah design approved team mereka mulai kasih reminder untuk payment (yang aku anggap seperti nagih utang, karena berkali-kali kasih informasi yang sama mengenai due date payment - yang masih lumayan jauh pada waktu itu)
Tiba di hari H, cake nya berbeda dengan gambar, warna nya beda. Team design nya kontek, dan minta maaf. Tapi yasudah, tidak ada yang bisa dilakukan lagi.
Tapi, rasa cake nya enak sekali.

We only use premium ingredients for the cakes and fondant (icing) for covering.

Custom, as long as we can make it, cosider it done., Pre-designed, we do lots of re-make of wedding cakes, simply because our clients love our past works, they want it to be exact/a bit modification, we will surely do it again from scratch. One wedding cake for ONE couple only. Thats's our motto.
