Need to be chased
Price is average for what you get. A few additional cost needed if you have request after the deal (however minor), so better to ensure you got everything you need before dealing with them. \n\nQuality is ok. Just found some minor ink blob on a few of the invitations out of 250 so QA is fine. \n\nDue to the PPSB we had in 2020, I rescheduled the venue and Galerina complied without add cost, so this is good support from them. \n\nFew main issues I had with them is regarding timeline and communication. I had to chase them almost every week to ensure I got the design update. They took at least 3 weeks in average to get back to me on design. They gave me a lot of empty promises like: \"will be send tomorrow ya\" but a week later still nothing until I remind them again. \nI've tolerated this since we still have time until the new date. \n\nHowever, I was dissapointed with them when I asked regarding the production timeline and delivery. Bear in mind, I have contact them at least 3 months before due date to ask them about the final design (I have sent the revision months before) and the production. They kept saying it's fine and the timeline is ok. \nI think I've asked them at least 3 more times until they told me that they had server issue where they lost a lot of files including mine so they need to redo or search for the file. \n\nSince in Pandemic we have limited seats, we must do RSVP hence we need to send the invitation at least 6 weeks before event date. But due to the slow response on final design and the production, we only able to get our invitation less than 1 month before event date. \n\nThe time was so tight that we finally sent e-invitation that we made ourselves and just send only 50 physical invitations in total and 200 others are useless now. \n\nSo yeah, if you don't have time and the energy to chase them everyday, probably better to find other vendor.
