Shout out to Ko Farant and Ichang! Thank you for making our Pre Wedding Photoshoot and our Wedding Day a very memorable moment for us. We had our most comfortable yet fun photo moments. Flawless was able to help us bring our dream to reality, we had our pre wedding on soccer field and basketball court! We are very happy and overall we are very satisfied :)

The photographer is indeed one of the pivotal components of a remarkable wedding day. Not only must their photographic style perfectly align with my preferences, but they also need to adeptly cultivate the atmosphere to allow the bride and groom to showcase their best moments and expressions. Additionally, they must be keenly attentive to capturing the beautiful details that make the day special. All these aspects were expertly managed by Ko Farant, Ko Icang, Ko Theo, and Hafied. They helped my initially stiff husband relax, resulting in very nice photos of him. With their understanding of our best angles, the pictures turned out exceptionally well. Their flawless capture of my big day left me enamored with the final photos and videos, truly fulfilling my dream of preserving the best memories of my special day ❤️❤️❤️

Pertama, aku tau Flawless karna sepupu ku pake vendor ini.. dan bberapa bulan kemudian, aku ada rencana mau Wedding, dan keinget hasil yang ditayangin dari Flawless di acara Wedd my cousin itu 😆 hasilnya baguus! Kebetulan di Okt 2022 lalu ada bridestory market di ICE, jadi aku and pasangan lgsg dateng dan vendor pertama yang kita deal itu yaa Flawless! Hahahahaa kita decide buat pake Flawless buat Prewed sesh di Turkey and di Wedding kita di Bali 🥰 jujur kaget bgt pas pertama kali ketemuan di bandara (prewed sesh), ko Farant, ko Icang, lgsg sambut kita and selama perjalanan di Turkey tuh fuun bgtt!! Literally 5 hari yg super fun!! Juga pada saat di hari H, tim Flawless super insightful and pengertian bgtt buat kasih bride waktu tidur pas abis makeup 🤣 hasilnya juga okee bgt! Oh yaa waktu bridestory market itu juga banyak promo and hadiahnya hahahaa mantap aku dapet extra 1 canvas photo waktu ituu which means very worth it ❤️ slalu inget memorable moment with ko Farant, ko Will, ko Icang, ci Florence, ko Yongky, ko Marcell and smua tim Flawless yang luar biasa 🥰 GBU always tim Flawless!!

nyesel banget banget milih FP, cuma pas awal doang chat nya cepet dan baik, selanjutnya cuman fokus cari untung tanpa peduli hasil apalagi kepuasan pelanggan. setelah terima uang langsung berubah total. sengaja kasih FG dan VG yg masih baru banget join sama FP sebulan dan bukan expertise di bagian acara terkait. gaada detil yg difoto dan setelahnya pun marketing (will) dengan berani marah ke client dan menuduh client cari masalah ketika client jujur agak kecewa dgn hasilnya dan request untuk edit. setelah itu chat saya tdk dibalas sama sekali dan gaada kabar. gaada penyelesaian tapi berani nuduh, hebat sekali kalian.. ini vendor terburuk yg pernah ada. worst decision we ever made. dengan harga yang normal tapi servis nya ga ikhlas, kasih semua yg paling amatir, memang betul FP sadar kalau mereka tidak mau rugi, jadi bisa play victim dgn nuduh client yg tidak2. FP ga serius sama sekali dan cuma fokus cari uang masuk. ga profesional sama sekali, ga serius bisnis, ga bertanggung jawab, ga worth it sama sekali.

Suka banget sama flawless team kita berdua yg ga bisa gaya jadi foto dan videonya bagus bangett SDE nya juga baguss banget banyak moment2 ke capture yg baguss dan sukaa Rekomen banget deh pake flawless terutama ko Theo
