I started as an emcee/wedding host/ party host/ florist/ back up/ assistant and here I am, starting to cater small weddings. I had 5 full wedding coordination, almost 100 event hosting and 10 birthday styling and coordination, all clients were friends and family.

Bank transfer, Cash
What is your payment terms?
EVENTS LIBRARY PHILIPPINES accepts cash only. A personalized payment plan can be arrange. Generally there is 50% of the contract amount after signing this contract. The Final/Remaining balance is due at the end of your wedding

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
As a consultant my role includes:
- Consultation with you via phone/email
- Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed.
- Discuss theme, colour, style, and complete wedding design.
- Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections.
A Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include:
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding.
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for the contracted vendors and bridal party.
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding day.
- Wedding rehearsal supervision.
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site during reception for up to 5 hours on the day of the wedding.
As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfil my obligations under agreement.
CONDITIONS:
- I understand that my role will be that of advisor and coordinator. You will make the actual selections of service providers and I will implement those selections.
- I do not accept commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.
- In the event the CLIENT(S) is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by the COORDINATOR /EVENTS LIBRARY PHILIPPINES to transfer reservations to support the new date. The CLIENT(S) further understands the last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that EVENTS LIBRARY PHILIPPINES is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
- In the event of cancelation of special event or wedding, all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately.
DISPLAY OF RIGHTS:
EVENTS LIBRARY PHILIPPINES reserves the right to use photos from your event for promotion, display, advertisement, internet, publication, etc.
