Wedding at DoubleTree
Sangat puas dengan pelayanan di DoubleTree, dari awal lihat-lihat venue sampai ke hari H. Receptionist, bellboy, satpam, temen2 server waktu food test, chef, staff resto, semuanya bener-bener helpful dan ramah.
Untuk kapasitas ballroom memang cukup padat yaa, dengan jumlah tamu yang hadir tapi flow nya masih oke.
Untuk buffet, kualitas dan rasanya udah sesuai sama request saat food test (appreciate sekali karena feedback client sangat diperhatikan). Tamu dan keluargaku banyak yang komen enak dan puas makanannya, terutama salmon en croute dan roasted duck.
Overall such a delightful experience at DoubleTree Diponegoro. Great job, and once again thank you!

I recently held my wedding at DoubleTree by Hilton with around 500 guests, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. My guests were absolutely delighted with the food – it was truly exceptional!
A special shoutout to the staff management, especially Mr. Patrick, who handled everything with the utmost professionalism. His attention to detail and dedication made the event seamless and stress-free for me.
If youre looking for a wedding venue with excellent food and outstanding service, I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton!

Request dan notes selalu berusaha diadjust dan difasilitasi, enak diajak diskusi dan gercep sekali. Hari H turned out so well! Kami vendor sangat terbantu juga dengan Pak Agus dan all staff di Open Resto. Acara klien kami, Kelvin & Sherrish bisa berjalan dengan lancar dengan bantuan dan ke-gercepan semua!
