Do you do a same day edit?
For a little extra, we can offer same day edits.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
We offer 8mm film.
Do you provide raw footage to the client?
For an extra price cost, we provide RAWS.
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Just enquire within for your event day. Prior appointments can be organised once you are happy with specific package.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Yes
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Two to three. Usually two but depending on the package that is chosen.
When was your business established?
We established our business in early 2017. But have had industry experience since 2014.
What is your payment terms?
Accept 30% deposit up front. The rest is paid after the Wedding day.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Most often two to three weeks prior Wedding day.
What rate do you usually charge at?
A flat fee. We never charge hourly rates. Please check out our packages for more information.
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
This is highly dependant on the vision of the couple. If they prefer a great amount cinematic b-roll, we take control of where we set up our scene with the suns light or our own artificial light source.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
